Zenit E Series electric submersible pumps

Lightweight, reliable cast iron submersible pumps. Versions are available with two different hydraulics:

The compact size and horizontal and vertical discharge allow any installation, even in existing plants or small pits.

E Series models are suitable mainly for permanent installations yet, thanks to their convenience and ease of handling, they can also be used in emergencies for pumping-out flooding premises or for temporary installations for pumping from wells and tanks.

Intended mainly for domestic use, these pumps are recommended for pressurising small plants, for garden sprinkler systems, for supplying fountains, for emptying swimming-pools or tanks and for pumping out flooded cellars or garages.

Zenit O Series electric submersible pumps

Outstanding installation flexibility is ensured by the option of threaded or flanged discharge. These series have hydraulics with grinding system (GRE • GRS), which is recommended for soiled liquids containing fibres and filaments. The high heads (APE • APS) are suitable for use in mainly clean liquids when high pressure level is required.

The GRE and GRS models have an external box with circuit-breaker and current overload protection. This guarantees a reliable operation with soiled liquids (even after idling for a lengthy period), when a high startup torque is required.

Each model undergoes pressurised test to ensure that the motor compartment is airtight and the mechanical seals are fitted correctly, to guarantee excellent reliability.

Zenit Grey Series electric Submersible Pumps

Zenit F Series electric submersible pumps

The main feature of the F series models is ATEX certification, which allows them to be used where a standard submersible electric pump would be unacceptable due to the explosive nature of the liquids or environment.
Every detail, from the cable to the metal fasteners, meets extremely high safety requirements to eliminate the risks inherent in use in potentially explosive atmospheres.

They are available:

with vortex impeller (DGF) with ample free passage, recommended for use with soiled liquids;
multi-channel open impeller (DRF), intended mainly for lifting clean or lightly soiled liquids;
with grinding system (GRF), suitable where there are fibres andfilaments in the wastewater;
with high head (APF), intended for use with wastewater with sand and suspended abrasives.

The mechanical seals are housed in a large, inspectable oil chamber to guarantee a long working life.
The oil chamber can be fitted with an optional sensor connected to a special electrical panel to alert the user to any water seepage due to wear of the outermost mechanical seal in good time to allow it to be changed, preventing damage to the motor.

Zenit N Series electric submersible pumps

Plant operators are very often in search of products capable of satisfying the most widely varying installation needs: they are looking for high-performance, versatile models, capable of operating partially submerged, with a wide range of impeller types for lifting various liquids and perhaps even suitable for use in explosive atmospheres.

To meet all these needs, Zenit offers the N series, a range of electrical submersible pumps for heavy-duty professional use, built to meet tough strength and reliability demands but also to ensure easy, inexpensive maintenance, minimising plant stoppage times.

Zenit SPECIAL ALLOY Series electric submersible pumps

The DRX, DRY and DGX models are constructed in CF8_M (AISI 316) stainless steel and have multi-channel open impellersuitable for strained liquids (DRX) or for liquids with solids (DRY), and vortex impeller for soiled wastewater (DGX).
The oil-bath motor and dual mechanical seal cooled by the motor oil guarantee continuous service even in heavy-duty conditions. They are recommended for applications with corrosive and aggressive liquids, and can therefore be used for industrial plants in the chemical and pharmaceutical sector, or with seawater.

DRB and DGB electric pumps are constructed in aluminum-bronze and have multi-channel open impeller suitable for strained wastewater (DRB) and vortex impeller for soiled wastewater (DGX). The oil-bath motor and dual mechanical seal cooled by the motor oil guarantee continuous service even in heavy-duty conditions.
They are recommended for applications with seawater or brine, in the fish processing and livestock farming sectors.

Zenit UNIQA Series electric submersible pumps

UNIQA series pumps, designed for heavy-duty professional applications, are used in industrial and other wastewater treatment plants and for lifting sewage and pumping wastewater which contains solids.

Motors are designed with the aim of achieving the Premium (IE3) efficiency class according to the EN 60034-30 standard and guarantee high performance with low energy use. There are various types of hydraulics, to adapt perfectly to any type of application.

Models are available with:

vortex impeller (ZUG V)with full free passage;
channel impeller (ZUG OC) with anti-clogging and anti-fouling system;
high head (ZUG HP) capable of high hydraulic performances;
grinding system (ZUG GR) for use with soiled liquids and filaments.

Depending on the service required, each model comprises a motor-hydraulics combination chosen to provide optimal performance at the duty point, low energy use, and high reliability, thanks to the use of the materials best suited to the type of application.
The entire range is available in the DRY version, which requires no external liquid inputs and allows the electric pump to operate continually (S1 duty) even if partially submerged or installed in a dry chamber.

Zenit blueBOX lifting stations

The blueBOX range of high quality polyethylene tanks are extremely versatile and easy to install. They are suitable for collecting clear, rain and wastewater from washing machines, sinks and WCs in systems installed at a lower level than the sewer, in locations such as garages or basements. The entire range use blue or bluePRO Series pumps, and are styled to match them.

The 60, 90, 150 and 250 models, suitable for domestic and small residential installations, are equipped to house one electric pump. The blueBOX 400 model, intended for civil plants, can be equipped with two electric pumps for complete reliability.

blueBOX lifting stations can be installed on-floor or in-floor. They are prefitted for use with Zenit blue and bluePRO series pumps with vortex impeller [DRAGA] or with grinding system [GRINDER], which must be ordered separately depending on the requirements. Specifically, the blueBOX 60 can also be used with multichannel open impeller (DRENO) or high head (ALTA PREVALENZA) pumps for higher heads when pumping clear or washbasin wastewaters.
The large number of intake and outlet pipeline fittings allow optimal installation even on existing plants.

The many hydraulic and electric accessories make blueBOX lifting stations convenient to install and use. All models are suitable for direct installation thanks to the bottom shaped to hold the pump in position without the aid of additional accessories.

Convenient installation with a bottom coupler is also an option for the blueBOX250 and blueBOX400 models. A ball check valve and/or a gate valve can be connected to the end of the discharge pipe.
